Daniel Padilla brings extensive experience in clean energy strategy, industrial decarbonization, and commercial operations to Emerald AI.

Daniel was previously Chief of Staff & Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations at Rondo Energy, where he focused on industrial decarbonization. Prior to Rondo, he spent six years at Boston Consulting Group, rising to Project Leader within the firm's climate and sustainability practice. At BCG, Daniel advised clients across industrial decarbonization, power and utilities, private equity, and retail sectors. During his time at BCG, he also completed a secondment at RMI (Rocky Mountain Institute), where he supported strategic initiatives for the C-suite including board presentations, acquisitions, and internal operations.

Daniel is a Clean Energy Leadership Institute Fellow, having completed the organization's selective 21-week training program for emerging leaders in clean energy and transportation. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Finance from Claremont McKenna College.
