Eric is an experienced operator and investor in novel energy technology, with a technical background in mechanical engineering and over a decade of experience in finance and commercial strategy operating roles. He was previously Head of Strategic Finance at Rondo Energy, where he also led market development and strategy. Before that, he worked in energy investing at Breakthrough Energy and as a B2B mid-market private equity investor at Tower Arch Capital. He began his career in the Private Equity Strategy Consulting practice at EY-Parthenon. Eric holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and A.B. and B.E. in mechanical engineering from The Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.
