Steven So is the Head of People & Talent at Emerald AI, where he leads the company's recruiting, people operations, and organizational development efforts. He brings over a decade of experience building and scaling teams at some of North America's fastest-growing technology companies.

Before joining Emerald AI, Steven served as Director of People & Talent at CentML, an ML optimization platform, where he scaled the team and played a key role in the company's journey from seed stage through its acquisition by NVIDIA in June 2025.

His career spans multiple successful exits and high-growth environments, giving him deep expertise in scaling organizations through critical inflection points.
