Swasti Jain is a Policy and Operations Associate, where she supports the company's strategic initiatives at the intersection of AI infrastructure and grid flexibility.

Swasti is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration in Energy and Technology Policy at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), where she is deeply engaged in energy and AI governance. Before graduate school, Swasti spent time as an Advisory Associate at KPMG in New York, where she provided financial services consulting for a global systemically important bank (G-SIB) in the capital markets space. She holds a degree in Finance and Political Science from Rutgers University, where she graduated with honors.

Swasti is also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, part of a network of young leaders driving dialogue and action on critical global issues.
